How Many Players Can Play Big Walk? Solo and Matchmaking

Big Walk is built for 2–12 players. It has no single-player mode or online matchmaking, although one player can briefly enter the world without being able to make meaningful progress.

World-size choices

When starting a session, the host chooses a 2-player, 3-player, or 4-plus-player world version. The 4-plus choice does not mean the game has a four-player maximum.

Can you launch solo?

You can enter the world alone, but the official guidance says a solo player cannot make meaningful progress. The supported minimum is two players.
